[Game 103 World]

I'm sorry man.

I couldn't deal with the graphics and the music annoyed the hell out of me. I played the carrot game and they went to slow, and then to fast eventually. It was impossible because if you jump up by the time you get down the next carrot will be at the end already. That's all I really did. I recommend you get somebody else to do graphics for you while you do the scripting and animation? Get a friend to do it, a lot of people do this. I'll give you a 5/10 cause I pretty much judged it off graphics and one minigame, I'm sure you put a lot of effort in to it anyway. I gave you a 3/5. overall.

An amazing game.

This game is truly wonderful. The only thing I wished for is a way to equip new weapons and armor :b. I also noticed the over world is quite like Final Fantasy Tactics. You move along the dotted towns and such to get to your next destination, and may run in to a little trouble along the way. Nothing wrong with that in my opinion. Great game and I'm hoping to see it to the end.

I Love these kinds of games and very suprised this took only 60 mins! It would probobly take me 2 days to make this game lol. But I suck with AS. lol great job but you should really consider adding a High Score system, My score was 10,068 OH YAZ!!

Awesome Game except 1 problem. I got passed the red key and then i told that guy what it says at the end of the game... i got it wrong and i noticed the game is impossible. They guy wont give me another chance unless i beat the game. tell me what to do please?

it took you a while... or i just haven't been on NG in a while. Now with this it kinda helped me with my rpg... Its just i need like level changing like if i enter the door i go into another house. and also does the max hp go for battles to like if i get killed my hp wont go - 43 or something and also if you are to heal yourself then for it not to go passed your max amount of hp. 1 more thing like if i want the hp to go down 1 by 1 when i get hit like 65 dmg or something it would go - 1, -1, -1 etc... You should add that stuff in the ADV tutorial if your making one... GL in future

Thanks for all your input on this. Great advice, some of it was a little advanced. And it takes quite a while to actually get everything running, so these things don't come by monthly.

If you want to make sure your HP doesn't go below zero, you can make the same function only put a minus opperation instead of a plus, and change it to zero. A new name is need too. Functions... nobody likes them. However, this shouldn't be a problem because you should be smart enough to put in a script that if your "HP <= 0" it goes to the gameover frame. You are that smart, right?

About the one at a time method..I'm sure there is a way to do this with AS, but it would be extremely annoying. I think that making it play a movie clip whenever you got hurt would be easier for now, like within the movie clip every three frames or so it would subtract 1 point and stop on the last frame. This could get troublesome though. A lot of time consumed.

But hey, look at it this way. I think in Flash CS3 (Out now, 30 day trial) or even Flash AS 2.0 there is a "wait frames" action which can do something like that. If it's in Flash 8, I'm going to cry for not hearing about it.

Great puzzle game

this is probably the best/hardest puzzle game i played. Buy I'm really stuck in the phone part i don't get by "blink 3 times" do you mean irl cause i don't think that will do anything? I'm completely clueless the only thing i kinda noticed is the note is ripped in half and you can write on it with the pen you as in it i mean the notepad. And theres an eye on top... can you at least give me a hint with the blink thing thanks?

Just add the whole script, only delete the up and down parts. Simple =)
